Sustainable Cocktails

Join us for a class that focuses on a sustainable, zero waste approach to making refreshing cocktails. Using ingredients normally discarded or foraged, we will demonstrate how to make some delicious infused spirits and summer cocktails. Samples and recipes will be shared. Class is open to those 21+ years.
The class leader, Matt Green will cover the following topics and have several demonstrations and either ingredient samples or cocktail samples for each topic.
