Fermented food is nutritious, it is full of beneficial probiotics and it tastes good! Join us as we explore how to set up basic vegetable ferments for success. This is a hands-on class where you will make and leave with a started veggie ferment or two. During this class you will learn techniques that you can use immediately to enjoy your farm produce in a whole new way. Each person should bring sharp kitchen knife, 2 clean jars with lids and dish cloth for keeping hands clean
