Yoga on the Farm
“Join Susan Capinas, a RYT 200 hour certified yoga teacher, for our summer yoga series hosted in our beautiful outdoor classroom. Classes last 50 minutes and may be purchased individually or as a set for a discounted price.
In this vinyasa yoga we will link purposeful movement and breath with intention, in this serene outdoor environment students can gain more comfort with their practice. This class will take students through mindful postures and sequences that are accessible to all, from beginner to more advanced, with adaptations and modifications available through out the class. Bring a mat or towel and your water bottle.
